Pluginica ("we", "our", "us") operates the website pluginica.com and the WP Comply WordPress plugin. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information we collect

When you visit our website

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies or collect personal data. We see aggregate page view counts and referrer sources only — no individual tracking.

When you purchase a license

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record. When you purchase, Paddle collects your name, email address, payment information, and billing address. We receive your name, email, and license key — we do not receive or store your payment card details.

When you use the plugin

The free plugin does not send any data to our servers. The Pro plugin sends:

  • Your site URL (for license activation verification)
  • Plugin version (for update checks)

If you use the AI alt text feature, image data is sent directly from your server to OpenAI using your own API key. We do not see, store, or process your images.

How we use your information

  • To send product updates and important notices (you can unsubscribe anytime)
